Leonardo Rodriguez joined the Pacific Institute in 2020 and serves as an Engagement Specialist for the CEO Water Mandate. In this capacity, he spearheads onboarding and engagement efforts with prospective and existing Mandate-endorsing companies, stakeholders, and the broader public.

He plays a pivotal role in supporting in person and virtual events, communications, and recruitment for collective action initiatives across the Mandate’s 100 priority basins. Additionally, Leonardo contributes to the secretariat team of the WASH4Work initiative, where he connects companies with research and tools aimed at improving worker access to sanitation and hygiene resources.

Over the years, he has supported strategy development and relationship management, ensuring the success of key projects and strengthening the Mandate’s global impact. Leonardo holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB).
