Andre joined the Pacific Institute in 2020 and currently serves as a Senior Manager. He supports the Water Resilience Coalition Leadership Committee and its working groups, as well as recruitment and partnership efforts. He has over 10 years of experience working on environmental and sustainability initiatives for companies, consultancies, and NGOs. Previously, he worked on water resilience strategies, developing and analyzing trends and scenarios under climate change, assessing projects and their viability, and performing environmental risk assessments.

Andre received a B.S. in Biology and a Master’s degree in Ecology from North Fluminense State University. Additionally, he received a Specialization in Corporate Health, Safety, and Environment from Fluminense Federal University.
