Walker Grimshaw joined the Pacific Institute in 2020 as a Research Associate. His work focuses on the sustainable water management of drinking water utilities, from water supply planning to infrastructure maintenance and affordable water rates.
Walker has a background in drinking water treatment plant design and specializes in policy and finance of public water systems. He holds a B.S. in Bioenvironmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s in Environmental Management from Duke University. His main research interests are environmental justice and equitable and affordable access to drinking water and sanitation.
