Nicollette joined the Pacific Institute as an Administrative Assistant in 2022. She provides administrative support for Pacific Institute’s President and Chief Operating Officer.  She works closely with all staff and HR to help keep the company moving efficiently; allowing all staff to excel in their areas of expertise rather than focusing on administrative logistics. 

Nicollette graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Post-graduation, she worked in food safety and safety and compliance for DOT, OSHA, and HR.  She is excited to support Pacific Institute’s mission to create and advance solutions to the world’s most pressing water challenges.
