Lillian Holmes joined the Pacific Institute in 2019 as a Research Associate. She works on engagement strategies and best practices for corporate water stewardship through the Water Action Hub, a global online communication and knowledge sharing tool. She also conducts research on drinking water access in California.
Lillian holds a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, she worked as a research assistant at UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Her research interests lie at the intersection of water, climate, and equity issues.
