Katherine Isaf is an independent consultant contracted by the Pacific Institute since 2023 to support the Water Resilience Coalition’s global collective action strategy. In this capacity, she leads and manages a portfolio of basin-level initiatives, working with companies, civil society, and partners to advance collaborative approaches to water stewardship and strengthen water security and resilience.
Katherine has a background in international development with experience spanning water resources management, monitoring and evaluation, and project financing. She holds an M.Sc. in Land and Water Management from Wageningen University and a B.Sc. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She operates as a freelancer based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
