Alli Burdick joined the Pacific Institute in 2024 as Senior Specialist, Development. With her passion for conservation and the outdoors, Alli is well-positioned to move the organization’s mission forward as part of the Development team. Alli’s expertise in individual giving programs and donor engagement is instrumental to the Pacific Institute’s dynamic fundraising strategy.

Before joining the Pacific Institute, Alli worked with a wide array of stakeholders and donors, including corporate partners at United Way and individual donors at the Appalachian Mountain Club.

When Alli is not actively fundraising for water resilience, you can find her talking about the climate on the ski slopes, while hiking a mountain, or enjoying time by a lake. Alli holds a Master of Nonprofit Management with a focus in fundraising from Northeastern University and a BA in German from Skidmore College.
