Pacific Institute staff, including President Jason Morrison, will travel to Stockholm next week for World Water Week, an annual event focused on global water issues.
As co-secretariat of the United Nations CEO Water Mandate, the Pacific Institute will hold meetings on topics ranging from how companies can provide better water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) for workers in their global supply chains to ways in which the private sector, governments, civil society, and communities can better collaborate on water security issues.
The theme of World Water Week 2017 is “Water and Waste: Reduce and Reuse.” The event attracts experts, decision-makers, business innovators, practitioners, and young professionals from the world over to discuss the world’s most salient water issues. Read more about World Water Week here.
