Abstract:
This dataset shows all schools in California. The schools data was extracted from the FEMA HAZUS model.
Purpose:
To have a base layer from which to quantify the number of schools that would be vulnerable to a 100-year coastal flood event in California without protection measures.

These data are available in Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) shapefile format. The user must have ArcGIS or ArcView 3.0 or greater software to read and process the data file.
