Staff, Board, and Advisory Council: Rapichan Phurisamban
Rapichan Phurisamban has worked within the Pacific Institute’s Water Program since 2014, focusing on economic and policy analysis relating to domestic and international water resources. Prior to joining the Pacific Institute, she was a research consultant and project coordinator at a nonprofit organization in Thailand, where she promoted sustainable food and agricultural systems.
Rapichan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia, and a Master’s of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
